I've Had Blurry Vision And High Pitched Ringing In My

I've had blurry vision and high pitched ringing in my head for close to a month. Hard to tell if it's centralized in my ears. I did have eye surgery on both eyes in 2013 from cataracts. I do not get headaches at all and only ocassional dizziness usually from getting up fast. I've tried to do some research but everything I've found also has the headache/pain factor as well. My family has no real disorder history. I did lose my wife in 2012 with brain tumors from an initial diagnosis of stage IV breast cancer. Have no idea what might be causing all of this and I'm in no pain at all. Any ideas of what this might be would be appreciated. I haven't seen my primary as yet because of insurance issues but may have to go if you think it could be serious. Thank you
