I've Had Burning And Numbing Sensations In My Thumbs, Stronger

I've had burning and numbing sensations in my thumbs, stronger on the left than the right. I am female to male transgender, and I wear a garment called a binder that flattens my breasts, and my first thought was that the binder could have been restricting circulation, as I know that's common in females with large chests. The past two nights, however, I have been getting the same sensation, far more severely in my mouth (on the right side of my tongue and the gums next to it). The first night I thought maybe the resturant I had ordered from had changed an ingredient in their food that was spicy, as i'd been eating the same thing there for years and had never had an issue. Tonight I had food from another place and got the same burning sensation, but it was far more intense. My nose ran and it was blinding. Had to numb it with ice cubes to stop it. Any idea what it could be?
