I've Had Constant Pain In My Arms, Legs And Back

I've had constant pain in my arms, legs and back for almost two years. Sometimes even my shirt hurts on my arms. I have difficulty standing for any length of time; feels like my legs might buckle. On occasion, I have sensations in my arms and legs that feel like fireworks. I have high c- reactive protein levels, high platelet count 500,000 +, and I am a carrier for hemochromatosis. I had ITP as a child.
