I've Had Coughing Issues For 4 Weeks. Already Had A

I've had coughing issues for 4 weeks. Already had a z-pack. No real change. Never had head or sinus pain or draining...only chest. During the last few day I've developed a very pain 'stitch' type of feeling under my right breast just above the rib area. What is this...pulled muscle from coughing?
