Ive Had Cycsts Burst And Fibroids During Pregnancy. With That

Ive had cycsts burst and fibroids during pregnancy. with that said I am not currently pregnant, I am having pain in my lower abdominal area mostly on my left side but then its both sides also. I am having bleeding, when i urinate and wipe, its been brown for almost a month, 2 days ago it was red and normal looking, then back to brown. what does this mean??? please help.
