I've Had Diarrhea For The Last Several Days, And Slight

I've had diarrhea for the last several days, and slight discomfort in lower right body cavity. Also had a sore throat which cleared up the next day with stuffed sinuses. This is clearing up, but the diarrhea remains lasting most of the day. Worse in the mornings. is this important enough to consult my primary care physician
