I've Had Diarrhea Then My Stool Became Watery For More

I've had diarrhea then my stool became watery for more than two months, had an then by March I've had pnuemonia after two months then, I did not treat my watery stool and two months after two months i darrhea again, I treated in with Ciprofloxacin, its was the dirahhea has stop but i still get highs fevers. would it be possible that bacteria in my intestines transfer to lungs?
