I've Had Dierrea For Over A Week But My X

I've had dierrea for over a week but my x Ray shows my ascending colon was compacted so my doc prescribed me a laxative , liness and whatever they give to a person getting a colonoscopy but still no bowel movement just yellow dierrea and right upper rib cage pain that can radiate to my shoulder blade. I've been to the bathroom Atleast 33 times today. My NP says its constipation but I'm in pain with dierrea. PLEASE PLEASE HRLP. FYI every time I eat I have dierrea and bile come up my throat.
