Ive Had Excruciating Left Low Back And Hip Pain For

Ive had excruciating left low back and hip pain for the past 3 years. It feels really heavy and anything i do makes it swollen. I also always have sharp pain and non stop throbbing. Ive had plenty of MRI and xrays and they all come back the same. That its normal and all it shows is mild Osteoarthritis on my facet joints. Ive tried therapy and chiropractor and plenty of meds and nothing works. I cant sleep because the pain is too strong. I had a medial branch neuropathy done and that made me feel worse, nore pain came so i had a EMG done which showed Radiculopathy on my L5-S1. Then i had another procedure, a epideral injection into that area whic did nothing. Im yet to find an answer and ive falling into major depression because of it. Now i have anxiety attack frequently because im so tired of this. I dont know what to do anymore
