I've Had Fibromyalgia For 16 Years, Mostly The Pain Is

I've had fibromyalgia for 16 years, mostly the pain is in my head, causing confusion and I believe I lose some brain cells with each attack. I only go out one day a week, Tuesday, that was yesterday and today my husband woke me up at 5:00pm. Tuesday's total me, yet I love to get out for a while and go no matter how I feel. What upsets me most is that I am useless, my husband does the cooking, cleaning and shopping. I do nothing.
I wish to have a life.
