I've Had For A Few Month Upper Abdomen Bloating, I

I've had for a few month upper abdomen bloating, I 've can feel marble size lumps running vertically just to the right of the center of my upper abdomen down to and above navel, I've also have noticed enlarged left side of my thyroid gland. In the past year I have rapidly gained weight,.. I have not had a regular period in two years.. I'm am fifty four years old.. Was told I had diabetes and high blood pressure. I took metformin for about four months until I noticed that my stomach was bloating and uncomfortable . while weakening metformin I felt hungry all y he time and my blood glucose was higher while taken it.. Anyway..I know th j is is a lot of info..thank for any information you can offer.
