I've Had Four Days Of Increasing Symtoms That Don't Seem

I've had four days of increasing symtoms that don't seem to go together. Constipation/diarrhea, yellow colored bm, shortness of breath, pain in right middle back, pain in upper right abdomen, now the inside of my mouth is burning and itching into the back of my throat and my lips. I have body aches and an inconsistent low grade fever. I've taken immodium and tylenol without results. Suggestions?
