I've Had Freckles On My Feet All My Life And

I've had freckles on my feet all my life and just now my dad has taken notice. They start just before my toes and go up and just a little bit past my ankles. He insists that they weren't there before but they have been there as long as I can remember. He insists that it means I have diabetes or foot cancer, but they're just freckles! They haven't bothered me I haven't bothered them. Would you kindly put the record straight?
