I've Had Intense Bloating, Lower Stomach Pain,Lower Back Pain,wind,toileting Is

I've had intense bloating, lower stomach pain,Lower back pain,wind,toileting is fine, maybe a little more often, and upper leg pain more on left leg, like cramps, or growing pain. I'm eating healthy, and exercise often, I've lost a stone in 8 weeks, could you tell me if I should visit gp, or have any idea, its been for four days now. Thanks
