I've Had Involuntary Double Breathing, Like How You Breathe After

I've had involuntary double breathing, like how you breathe after you've been crying, for a couple of years. At first it was only once in a while but now happens several times daily. I'm a 62 year old female with an aortic aneurysm and my most recent Echo showed pulmonary hypertension. I'm about 40 lbs overweight. Any ideas about why I'm breathing like this?
