I've Had Lines Across My Left Leg For A While.

I've had lines across my left leg for a while. It hasn't spread or gotten bigger but they get itchy every now and then but not a lot. When they do itch its not bad either. I looked online and saw people saying scabies but I don't get the intense itching that they talk about
