I've Had Little Clear Bubbles In The Corners Of My

I've had little clear bubbles in the corners of my eyes for years. I've just noticed that one disappeared and the other is larger. I am now aware that something is there, I feel slight pressure.
An optometrist told me I could have it drained, or leave it. Should it be drained? Will it re-fill? is there a way to stop it?
