I've Had Loose Stool For The Last Couple Days (2-3)

I've had loose stool for the last couple days (2-3) and had diarrhea this morning.
I just went to the toilet again and it was mostly water and was rd in color, so I'm guessing blood.

I've had some minor cramps today, like you'd have with an upset stomach.

Thoughts?
