I've Had Low Grade Fever With Hacking Cough For Over

I've had low grade fever with hacking cough for over a week. General weakness, no appetite. I took tylenol for few days along with allegra and Delsum; discontinued when I thought I was getting better. Symptoms keep coming back. Can't shake. Should I see a doc?
