I've Had Lumber Fusion At L3/l4 /4/5, I Have Nerve

I've had lumber fusion at l3/l4 /4/5, I have nerve damage at those levels and want to know how does this affect my yurinary tract? The only comfortable position I have is sitting leaning back with legs elevated on a wedge. I constantly feel like I have to pee with almost no control. if im standing im fine. YYYY@YYYY
