I've Had Middle Ear Inflammation. I'm On Atenonolol 25 Mg

I've had middle ear inflammation. I'm on atenonolol 25 mg for blood pressure . I normally take at night . Roughly been on Augmentin to weeks or so ago and cleared up my middle ear problem. Well tonight my ear is hurting again and starting to hurt when I swallow. Can I take an Advil ? Or children's diner app to dry up ear? I haven't taken the atenolol yet for tonight but wanted to see what I can take that I have in the home instead of me having to get out tonight . Let me know asap
