I've Had Mild Diarrhea For Days (since Tuesday Eve). I

I've had mild diarrhea for days (since Tuesday eve). I can only tolerate cheese and toast or crackers. Yesterday I thought I was getting better and I ate soup which sent me to the toilet again. Just earlier I was feeling very cold and I'm wearing layered clothing so I took my temp thinking I might have a fever. My temp at first was 95.6 then went up to 95.9 which seems low. I can't really find anything on line to explain this.
