I've Had Mild Heartburn & Some Acid Reflux The Last

I've had mild heartburn & some acid reflux the last month. Over the counter drugs are somewhat effective, but don't like to take for extended periods. Could stress be a problem or the tamsulosin hydrochloride I'm taking causing a problem? Should I be concerned about a more serious problem. System go away at night when I sleep, which seems different than most people that have problem.
