I've Had Mild Pain And Discomfort In My Upper Abdomen

I've had mild pain and discomfort in my upper abdomen all day. No vomiting, although I've felt like I might a couple of times. I had gastric bypass surgery 6 years ago, and an umbilical hernia repaired 5 years ago. Should I be concerned and see a doctor, or just wait and see if it passes?
