I've Had Moderate To Severe Pain On My Right Lower

I've had moderate to severe pain on my right lower back,throbbing pain. Sitting standing walking and lying. I find my self pressing on the sight with my fist to relieve it. I'm also taking ibuprofen I'm up to 800mg helps for a few hours 4-6 . The pain lasts longer lately. I am beginning to get concerned.
