I've Had More A In Place Since March 2013 Last

I've had more a in place since march 2013 last month October 2016 I had some brown discharge for a day or so and last week I had some very light pink discharge I've had extreme wait gain I've been asked how far along I am and I thought that I couldn't be pregnant with more a although I've had all pregnancy symptoms I've also had lots of cramping it feels like in my ovaries
