I've Had My Mirena Iud Replaced About 1.5 Was Ago.

I've had my Mirena iud replaced about 1.5 was ago. Same day one removed new one replaced. Minimal cramping day of and then back to normal for about 5 days. Since then I have had intense itching in my vagina and labia. I used an otc yeast infection med and it took care of the internal itching but not the labial itching. Could this be the yeast infection just hasn't completely gone? What else could be causing this itching?
