I've Had My Gallbladder Removed A Few Years Back, Pain

I've had my gallbladder removed a few years back, pain isn't as intense but pretty much same location. Left back shoulder blade, dull and doesn't change no matter how I sit(reclined or straight up). Had a Long Island with dinner, lemon pepper chicken.
