I've Had My Period For Over 5 Years Now And

I've had my period for over 5 years now and its always lasted for 4 days and It's never been iregular. This week I got it for 4 days but it didn't stop after 4 days it stopped after 5 and then a day later it came back with cramps and bright red heavy blood. Then it stopped and came back the next day with the same bright red bleeding and cramps. It has been on and off for 3 days now.
