I've Had My Tubes Tied For Almost 3 Years Now.

I've had my tubes tied for almost 3 years now. But the last week I've been feeling like I'm getting morning sickness I'm light headed all the time boobs tender and peeing a lot more. But I just had my period before all this occured. I took a pregnancy test it can out negative but I just don't feel right. Could I be pregnant?
