I've Had My Wisdom Teeth Removed And I've Just Had

I've had my wisdom teeth removed and I've just had one problem after another on my bottom left jaw harsh pain now and then. On the bottom right a hole, I can guess what happened there. Food get stuck in my top left socket of my old tooth. How could the surgeon fix what has happened? (If there is one)
