I've Had Nausea And Diarrhoea, Weakness And Lightheadedness For 13

I've had nausea and diarrhoea, weakness and lightheadedness for 13 days now. The nausea and diarrhoea stopped for a couple of days and came back again a few hours ago and now I have a very strong metallic taste in my mouth. Trembling and feel very weak. Doctors ran scans to check for gallstones / kidney stones. Negative. But liver cysts showed up which doc thinks are benign. Blood pressure was 105/65 (normal for me). My heart is racing and I don't feel stressed or anxious. Just very very weak. Liver enzymes are elevated according to blood tests done 10 days ago. Doc diagnosed me with viral gastro initially. But I still feel so unwell 13 days on...
