I've Had Neck Pain For About A Month Now. I

I've had neck pain for about a month now. I scheduled a doctor's visit a couple weeks ago, and sure enough that morning it felt fine so I canceled. Today it's more painful than it has been in awhile. It seems to be focused on the left side of my neck and today is starting to impact my shoulder also.
