I've Had Nonallergic Vasomotor Rhinitis For 6yrs, And My Mucus

I've had nonallergic vasomotor rhinitis for 6yrs, and my mucus membranes drain like a leaking faucet. I've had my inferior turbinated reduced 3x. I'm trying to find someone who will just remove my inferior turbinates since they keep growing back or do a vidian neurectomy that I was referred for. I have 6yrs worth of extensive doctors documents in a folder as proof along with x-rays, catscans, and allergy testing, also CFS leak test. I've tried every nasal spray out there and nasal irrigation NOTHING works. The only time I had relief is when they reduced my turbinated before they grew back. Is there a surgeon who would be willing to either do a full inferior turbinectomy or a vidian neurectomy?
