I've Had Numberous Belts Of Pheaumonia Since My Partner Passed

I've had numberous belts of pheaumonia since my partner passed away in June last year. I haven't been two weeks without another attack. Two days ago it all started again, this time feels different. I have pains in my back and shoulders and a bad tightening in my chest. I have pins and needles up my back and almost a numb feeling in my legs, arms, feet and hands. My temperature is high, I have fever, well I'm soaked through. I awoke this morning coughing and have noticed blood in my flem. I am a SLE patient with rheumatoid arthritis and other medical ailments.
