I've Had N&v For Past Week Intermittently. I Have Ra

I've had n&v for past week intermittently. I have ra and oa and have been using quite a bit of voltaren gel. Today I hane vomited several times that were followed by huge amounts of ugi and rectal gas. I also have pretty severe reflux, tenitis, traeceomalasia and a sensitivity to oral NSAIDS. Any idea what is going on.
