I've Had Recurrent Misscariages (even Though I Have 2 Healthy

I've had recurrent misscariages (even though I have 2 healthy children). My obgyn at the time told me I tested positive for ANA antibodies. Nothing was done or told on how I can lower these levels nor on what to do if I do want another child. Is there anything I can take to lower these levels so I can not have a misscariage? Also, is it possible I have high ANA levels due to taking tb medicine when I was younger (I only test positive skin test not actually having active tb)?
