I've Had Several Middle Ear Reconstruction Surgeries On My Left

I've had several middle ear reconstruction surgeries on my left ear and a cholestiatoma removal from my left ear. For the past week I have had a substantial amount of clearish yellow foul smelling discharge coming out of that ear. I have an appointment at an ENT clinic in 2 weeks, should I go to the hospital now because it's causing a lot of pain and discomfort?
