I've Had Sex But My Boyfriend About Two Three Weeks

I've had sex but my boyfriend about two three weeks ago and did not cum in or on me. I've been taking antibiotics at the time and has recently finished the bottle about three or four days ago. I know have light pink spotting. Is this because of the pills? I also have been stressing a lot too.
