I've Had Sex Oral And Vaginal With Two Different Women.

I've had sex oral and vaginal with two different women. The condom broke both times. My penis itches around the foreskin and I have little red dots.. What does this mean? Balanitis? Should I use clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream on this area? This itching is bare able but getting worse day by day. I really need help.
