I've Had Sharp Rib Pain, Lower Part Of My Left

I've had sharp rib pain, lower part of my left ribs, directly on the right side for 2 weeks. It's subsided some but had a massage last Weds (brutal one) and it's much much worse. Hurts to laugh, cough, bend over and use my abs. No trauma but play a lot of pickleball. Had to stop last time, hitting shots hard with rotation really hurt
