I've Had Shingles Recently. Now Cleared Up. But For The

I've had shingles recently. Now cleared up. But for the last couple of weeks I've had chest pressure and sometimes random stabbing pains in my left chest around where the shingles were. I've also had bouts of dizziness and my arms feels very heavy and weak. I also get bouts of feeling an "adrenaline rush feeling" through my body that feels cold and tingly. Any ideas?
