I've Had Some Intermittent Chest Heaviness And Mild Discomfort For

I've had some intermittent chest heaviness and mild discomfort for the last three weeks. I can't figure out if this is serious or related to some recent losses in my life. I'm active and generally quite healthy, with only one prescription medication for under active thyroid. I have a very high deductible ($6000) and don't want to panic and spend a huge chunk of my savings for something that's not serious.
