I've Had Some New Symptoms Today... Probably Related To My

I've had some new symptoms today... probably related to my back problems (surgery to remove lower back cyst three years ago and now chronic pain... but today... first my right thumb and then left and now my upper lip completely lost feeling for a few seconds... upper lip thing is now vague but not 'gone'... hands seem normal now. Should I be concerned?
