I've Had Steroid Injections Over The Past Two Weeks For

I've had steroid injections over the past two weeks for inflammation in my sinuses; I can't say that I haven't been under stress but stress has never affected my menstrual cycle before and I am on the birth control pill. I am two days late there is no possible way that I'm pregnant (i.e. I practice abstinence) but I'm curious as to whether or not the steroid has affected my cycle and missed/late period?
