I've Had Stomach Cramps For The Past Two Days, But

I've had stomach cramps for the past two days, but they've gradually been getting worse today. I've also had mild diaheria today. I was able to eat some cold cereal this am and a banana around 5:30 pm. Around 7 pm I started having dry heaves (sp). Does this sound like food poisioning or a flu bug?
