I’ve Had Swollen Lymph Nodes Near My Groin Only On

I’ve had swollen lymph nodes near my groin only on my right leg for about a month and a week or two. I have gone to the doctors about it already, they said It was trich, took the medicine,swelling never went away, went back and they said I was all clear. Made me take more medicine, swelling went away, came back. They did an ultrasound and it said everything was normal but it said positive for lymphadenopathy. I am on nexaplanon, could that be what’s causing the swelling of lymph nodes?
