I've Had Swollen Lymph Nodes On The Right Side For

I've had swollen lymph nodes on the right side for 2 weeks now. about 10 days ago i was tested negative for flu but given acetaminophen with augmentin for a 5 day period. symptoms went away while i was taking it but immediately came back when the meds were gone. Seems to be getting worse. Today, i have been tired all day, and just laying down watching TV all of the sudden my head felt a lot of pressure and i had a pain shoot up my neck and cause a throbing pressure to my head. My right ear feels like it has a middle or inner ear infection or pressure from the swollen lymph node, i have a really bad headache, im dizzy, and i got this sudden metallic taste in my mouth. I get random dry cough spasms and it seems to get worse at night. I'm not congested. I just felt really off and i checked to see if i was having a stroke and i dont think thats what it was.
