I've Had Swollen Tonsils For About A Week And Chest

I've had swollen tonsils for about a week and chest infection for 2 weeks today I had the most severe migraine I've ever had resulting in pain not on just one area but my whole head felt like it was about to explode leading down to my neck any type of movement was excruciating and my legs and arms felt heavy could all this be connected
