I've Had Symptoms Of Congestive Heart Failure; Swelling Of Feet

I've had symptoms of congestive heart failure; swelling of feet and lower legs, shortness of breath, can't walk but about 20 yards and the lower back muscles start to contract I can hardly raise my legs. If I sit upright the muscles seem to release and I can walk a little further cycling over and over. Recently..2 months had 4 stints placed in heart cath no improvement in symptoms
